Has (municipality)
Has (definite Albanian form: Hasi) is a municipality in Kukës County, northeastern Albania. It was created in 2015 by the merger of the former municipalities Fajzë, Gjinaj, Golaj and Krumë. The seat of the municipality is the town Krumë.[1] The total population is 16,790 (2011 census),[2] in a total area of 400.01 km2.[3] It is coterminous with the former Has District, and the ethnographic Has region.
