Horokanai (幌加内町, Horokanai-chō) is a town in Kamikawa Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan. As of September 2016, the town has an estimated population of 1,571. The total area is 767.03 km² (296.15 sq mi).

On April 1, 2010, Horokanai was transferred from Sorachi Subprefecture to Kamikawa Subprefecture. On December 31, 2020, a minimum temperature of −32.6 °C (−26.7 °F) was registered.[1]
