Biography
Takahashi was born as the eldest son in Akasaka, Minato Ward, Tokyo, and since his mother had married three times, he has four half-brothers, including the musician, Yuma Abe. He looked after his younger siblings when they were infants, and has been more like a father-figure to them. His mother died in 2015, and they had been estranged for about ten years. Takahashi finally reconciled with his mother a week before her passing.
In childhood, Takahashi’s grandmother got him to take various lessons to bring him out of his shell, but he did not last long with any of them. He joined a children's theatre and was moved by his grandmother's delight in seeing him perform in the company's regular shows.
Takahashi has a talent for skateboarding, basketball, guitar, and harmonica. He has names for his furniture and house plants.
His favourite comedians include FUJIWARA and Takayuki Haranishi.
