Izatullo Khayoyev
Izatullo Khayoyev (Tajik: Иззатулло Ҳаёев, Izzatullo Hayoyev; Russian: Изатулло Хаёевич Хаёев, 22 June 1936 – 25 April 2015) was the Vice President of Tajikistan between December, 1990 and June 25, 1991 and Prime Minister of Tajikistan between June 25, 1991 and January 9, 1992.[1] Previously he served as Chairmen of the Council of Ministers of the Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic from January 4, 1986 until December 6, 1990. He died on 25 April 2015, aged 78.[2]
