Jackson County Comprehensive High School
Jackson County Comprehensive High School (JCCHS) is a high school in Jefferson, Georgia, United States. It is one of two high schools in the Jackson County School District. It is fed by West Jackson Middle School.[1] The school competes in region 8-AAAAA. JCCHS is known for its academics, band, Army JROTC, FFA, softball, wrestling, tennis, basketball, and football programs.

New school building
On January 31, 2019, Jackson County Schools broke ground on a new high school building to replace the current home of Jackson County Comprehensive High School, which will open starting the 2021-2021 school year.[2] Once the new high school facility opens, the existing JCCHS campus will be converted into the Empower College and Career Center, a charter high school that will serve students from the Jackson County School District and the Commerce City School District.[3]
