Jelly Gardner
Floyd "Jelly Roll" Gardner (September 27, 1895 in Russellville, Arkansas - March 28, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois) was a baseball player in the Negro leagues. He played infield and outfield from 1919 to 1933, primarily for the Chicago American Giants.

In 1917, 21 year-old Gardner registered for the WWI Draft. [2] He listed his home address as Russellville, Arkansas. He listed his employment as a ball player, working for W.P. Northcutt of Longview, Texas. He listed his mother and father as dependents.
