Kaiyō, Tokushima
Kaiyō (海陽町, Kaiyō-chō) is a town located in Kaifu District, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.

It was founded on March 31, 2006 from the merger of the towns of Kaifu, Kainan, and Shishikui, all from Kaifu District.
As of June 1, 2019, the town has an estimated population of 8,578 and a density of 26.2 persons per km². The total area is 327.65 km².
