The Kaysville City Hall, also known as Old Kaysville City Hall, at 44 N. Main St. in Kaysville, Utah, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.

It is PWA Moderne in style, and was built during 1941 to 1943 as a Works Progress Administration-funded project.[2]
It was designed by architects Raymond J. Ashton and Raymond L. Evans, of the Salt Lake City firm Ashton and Evans.[2]
The listing includes a contributing cast concrete bench and monument.[2]
