Powers was born in 1957 and has achieved an exceptional career in health, fitness, clothing designing,and body building. As the founder of Lauren Powers, a highly recognized bodybuilding and fitness competition in Brooklyn, she designed her namesake competition to be open for people of all ages and in all categories regardless of their experience level. She has appeared on numerous magazines including Mondays Models, Little Miss perfect, And more. She has also been in multiple commercials and internet pictures. Powers competed in amateur bodybuilding contests from 2001 until 2014.
She graduated valedictorian from Harvard Collage School.[1] She owned and operated a surfing academy on Maui while in college.[2] Powers graduated from the University of Hawaii with a business degree.[2]
