Lenny J. Richoux
Lenny J. Richoux is a United States Air Force major general currently serving as the Director for Manpower and Personnel of the Joint Staff. Prior to that, he was the commander of the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command of the United States Transportation Command.[1][2][3]
