Course
Lick Run rises on the Patchel and Wolf Run divide about 2 miles northeast of Sugarcreek, Pennsylvania in Venango County. Lick Run then flows south to meet Sugar Creek at Sugar Creek, Pennsylvania in Venango County.[1]
