List of NCAA Division II men's soccer programs
This is a list of the schools in Division II of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the United States and Canada that have men's soccer as a varsity sport. In the 2021 spring season, delayed from the originally planned 2020 fall schedule due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a total of 206 men's Division II soccer programs.

- Reclassifying institutions in yellow. Institution that has announced a future departure from Division II in red.
- Ashland — Moving to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference in July 2021.
- D'Youville, Frostburg State, Staten Island, UT Tyler — Transitioning from D-III.
- Fort Hays State, Newman, Northeastern State, Rogers State — GAC affiliate members / Primary: Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.
- Francis Marion — Moving to Conference Carolinas in July 2021.
- Shaw — Independent / Primary: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
- Spring Hill — GSC affiliate member / Primary: Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
- Upper Iowa — GLIAC affiliate member / Primary: Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
