She was on a voyage from Fowey, Cornwall to Runcorn, Cheshire. Harvest Home was refloated on 13 February and taken in to Pwllcam, Cardiganshire.[8] |

The steamers Al-Ki and Elsie (both United States) assisted in rescuing her passengers and crew.[20] |
