Lucheng station

Lucheng (Chinese: 潞城站; pinyin: Lùchéng Zhàn) is a station and the eastern terminus of the Line 6 of the Beijing Subway.[1] It is the easternmost station in the Beijing Subway. The construction of this station began on September 20, 2012,[1] and was completed in 2014.[2] This station is located in the town of Lucheng in Tongzhou District, Beijing, after which it is named;[3] it is only 3 km (1.9 mi) away from the border with Hebei province, specifically, the town of Yanjiao in the Sanhe exclave.[4] The east end of Lucheng Station connects to Dongxiaoying rail yard.[5]
