Luxembourg was represented by Margo, Franck Olivier, Diane Solomon, Ireen Sheer, Chris & Malcolm Roberts with the song "Children, Kinder, Enfants", at the 1985 Eurovision Song Contest, which took place on 4 May in Gothenburg, Sweden. The song was chosen internally by broadcaster RTL.

At Eurovision
On the night of the final Margo, Olivier, Solomon, Sheer, Chris & Malcolm Roberts performed 18th in the running order, following Austria and Greece. At the close of voting, "Children, Kinder, Enfants" had received 37 points, placing Luxembourg 13th of the 19. The Luxembourgian jury awarded its 12 points to Italy.[1]
