Manish Raisinghan
Manish Raisinghan[1] (Born 22 July)[2] is an Indian television star famous for his portrayal of Sameer Gheewala in Teen Bahuraniyaan and Siddhant Bharadwaj in Sasural Simar Ka.[3]

Career
Raisinghan is among the very few models who have successfully transitioned to a career in acting. He is a popular print and ramp model, who did well at the Grasim Mr. India contest in 2002, placing fourth overall and he won three titles (Mr. Photogenic, Mr. Best Smile, and Mr. Best Dressed Male).
A mechanical engineer by profession, he is also a martial arts expert, a Reiki specialist and an avid photographer. Manish Raisinghan holds Black Belts in karate, kung fu and kickboxing. He is a three-time national champion in martial arts. He qualified for the world championship four times, but was unable to pursue the sport further because of lack of sponsorship. He is also a district-level champion in roller-skating. Raisinghan essayed the highly popular character of Siddhant Bharadwaj in Colors TV's show Sasural Simar Ka. He recently had a friendly appearance as a film star in Madhur Bhandarkar's film Heroine.
Manish Raisinghan is also a short filmmaker who has won various awards in short filmmaking. And in 2016 and 2017 his short films got recognised and selected at prestigious short film festivals world over including Cannes Film Festival. And 2017 his film was nominated for Best Film, Best Original Screenplay and Best Direction and won Best Film at the Berlin Film Festival. And His Latest Short film that its sound got designed by Oscar Winner Resul Pokutty, qualified for the Oscars 2019.
