Metynnis maculatus
Metynnis maculatus, the spotted metynnis, is a species of serrasalmid found in Argentina and Brazil, and possibly in Bolivia, Paraguay, and Peru. It is one of the species of fish known in the aquarium trade as the "silver dollar".
