Naguilian, officially the Municipality of Naguilian (Ilocano: Ili ti Naguilian; Tagalog: Bayan ng Naguilian), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 31,902 people. [3]
