Nicoladoni sign

In medicine, the Nicoladoni sign, also Branham sign and Nicoladoni-Israel-Branham sign, is if pressure is applied to an artery proximal to an arteriovenous fistula, swelling reduces in size, bruit and thrill will disappear, pulse rate and heart rate becomes normal.[1][2][3]

It is named after Carl Nicoladoni.
