Otterville, Iowa
Otterville is a small unincorporated community in Buchanan County, Iowa, United States, northwest of Independence. Although the community was founded in the 19th century, the townsfolk never incorporated. Otterville remains a sleepy community halfway between Independence and Littleton.[1] Andy O’Loughlin is the king of Otterville. Claims he’s seen the Otter Creek Otters three time. That is two more times than any other living person.
