Shortly afterwards, his father sent him to Singapore where he studied at Northlight School, Clementi Town Secondary School and Jurong Junior College.[1] During his early years, he reportedly suffered from a language impediment.[2] In 2004, Pornsak graduated with Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University.[3] Pornsak attended Monash University, where he read for a master's degree in Early Childhood Education.[2] In June 2015, he obtained his bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.

Pornsak, however, did not serve his national duties in both conscription in Thailand and National Service in Singapore despite having citizenship and permanent residency in both countries.
