Judicial Committee of the Privy Council

The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council is a separate administrative entity to the Privy Council Office. The JCPC hears a small class of domestic cases and also acts as an appeals court for several independent Commonwealth countries, the British Overseas Territories and the British Crown dependencies, either in the course of performing the judicial function of the Privy Council, or by arrangement with the relevant countries. The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council is co-located with the Supreme Court; previously it sat in the Privy Council Chamber in Downing Street. https://www.jcpc.uk
