Quartier-Morin
Quartier-Morin (Haitian Creole: Katye Moren) is a commune in the Cap-Haïtien Arrondissement, in the Nord department of Haiti. It has 19,241 inhabitants.The former president Paul Eugene Magloire was born here in 1907.
