Ralph Kilzer
Ralph L. Kilzer (born March 30, 1935) is an American politician. He is a member of the North Dakota State Senate from the 47th District, serving since 1998. He is a member of the Republican party.[1] From 1996 to 1998, he sat in the North Dakota House of Representatives.
