Ranlett, California
Ranlett is a former settlement in Amador County, California. It was 0.5 miles (0.8 km) west of Sunnybrook.[1] A post office operated at Ranlett, which also served the Newton mine, from 1895 to 1905.[1] The place was named for Arthur G. Ranlett, its first postmaster.[1]
