Club career

On 6 September 2018, Sy signed his first professional contract with Amiens SC.[1] Sy made his professional debut for Amiens in a 1-0 Coupe de France win over Valenciennes FC on 5 January 2019.[2] In January 2019, he was loaned to Tubize until the end of the season.[3]

On 19 January 2021, Sy signed with Serie B club, Salernitana.[4]

Personal life

Sy was born in Paris to a Senegalese father and Malian mother.[5]
