Splendid poison frog
The splendid poison frog or splendid poison-arrow frog (Oophaga speciosa) was a species of poison dart frog endemic to the eastern end of Cordillera de Talamanca, western Panama.[2] Its natural habitats are humid lowland and montane forests.[1]

Conservation status
The species was formerly common, but its present population status is poorly known. It is now classified as extinct.[3]
