Starobilsk Raion
Starobilsk Raion (Ukrainian: Старобільський район) is a raion (district) in Luhansk Oblast of eastern Ukraine. The administrative center of the district is the town of Starobilsk. Population: 42,693 (2020 est.)[1] .
