Stewart Schneider
Sir Gualterus Stewart Schneider (12 April 1864 – c. September 1938[1]) was the 7th Solicitor General of Ceylon. He was appointed on 1917, succeeding Thomas Garvin, and held the office until 1917. He was succeeded also by Thomas Garvin.[2][3]

He was made a Knight Bachelor in the 1928 Birthday Honours.[4]
He was the grandson of Gualterus Schneider, the first Surveyor-General of Ceylon.[5]
