Stop, Look, Listen is a single from MC Lyte with DJ K-Rock from his second album Eyes on This.[1] In April 1990 it peaked No. 9 on the Billboard Hot Rap Singles.[2]

Produced by King of Chill, who also has songwriting credits, the song is built around a sample of the Ecstasy, Passion & Pain's "Born to Lose You".[3]

Later it was included in his compilation albums The Very Best of MC Lyte (2001), The Shit I Never Dropped (2003),[4] and Cold Rock a Party - Best Of MC Lyte (2019).[5]

Stop, Look, Listen was sampled on Wreckx-n-Effect's Rump Shaker,[6] Mary J. Blige's Reminisce,[7] and Gang Starr with J. Cole's "Family & Loyalty".[8]
