Notes
The inlay of the CD edition contains a mistake concerning the track listing: It was printed that there are only 14 tracks on CD1 and 22 tracks on CD2. This is wrong, because there are 16 tracks on CD1 and 20 tracks on CD2. The first two tracks of CD2 ("Shellshock (Live)" and "Angel Dust") which are misprinted are actually at the end of CD1.
