Teodor Bârcă

Teodor Bârcă (1894 – 1993) was a Bessarabian politician, professor, that on March 27, 1918 voted the Union of Bessarabia with România. He was the vice president of the parliament.[1]

Biography

Teodor Bârcă was born on 12 June 1894 in Costeşti, Ialoveni, then in the Russian Empire.[2] He served as Member of the Moldovan Parliament (1917–1918). As Vice-President of the Moldovan Parliament, Teodor Bârcă signed some acts, from and after March 27, together with Gheorghe Buruiană, another vice-president of the Moldovan Parliament.
