Thailand at the Southeast Asian Games
Thailand is one of the founders of the Southeast Asian Games Federation or the SEAG Federation in 1959. Thailand has hosted the SEA Games 6 times, in 1959, 1967, 1975, 1985 in the City of Bangkok, 1995 in Chiang Mai, and 2007 in Nakhon Ratchasima. Thailand has announced its bid to host the 2025 in Chonburi.
