Trochlear fovea
Near the nasal part of the interior surface of the frontal bone is a depression, the trochlear fovea (/ˈtrɒklɪər/),[1] or occasionally a small trochlear spine, for the attachment of the cartilaginous pulley of the Obliquus oculi superior.
