Vladan Danilović

Vladan Danilović (Bosnian pronunciation: [ʋlǎdan danîːloʋitɕ]; born 27 July 1999) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Primeira Liga club Nacional and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Danilović started his professional career at Sutjeska Foča, before joining Borac Banja Luka in 2016. Four years later, he moved to Nacional.

A former youth international for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Danilović made his senior international debut in 2020.

Club career

Early career

Danilović came through youth setup of his hometown club Sutjeska Foča.[2] He made his professional debut against Drina Višegrad on 22 August 2015 at the age of 16.[3]

In June 2016, he moved to Borac Banja Luka.[4] On 11 March 2017, he scored his first professional goal against Tekstilac, which secured his team the victory.[5]

On 2 October 2020, he signed with Portuguese side Nacional.[6]

International career

Danilović represented Bosnia and Herzegovina on various youth levels.[7]

In August 2020, he received his first senior call-up, for 2020–21 UEFA Nations League games against Italy and Poland,[8] but had to wait until 15 November to make his debut against Netherlands.[9]
