Vlaskaas
Vlaskaas is a Belgian (Flemish) and Dutch cheese with a firm, yet creamy texture and a sweet, sharp flavor. Reportedly it was produced only during the harvest season for flax and was made to feed the workers,[1][2] but in reality the term and the product are a marketing invention.[3]
