Xin County
Xin County or Xinxian (simplified Chinese: 新县; traditional Chinese: 新縣; pinyin: Xīn Xiàn) is a county in the southeast of Henan province, China, bordering Hubei province to the south. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Xinyang. The primary dialect is Jianghuai Mandarin.
