Zach Monroe
Zachary Charles Monroe (born July 8, 1931) is a former professional baseball player. He was a pitcher over parts of two seasons in Major League Baseball (1958–59) with the New York Yankees. Monroe was a member of the 1958 World Series champion Yankees. He was born in Peoria, Illinois, and was an alumnus of Bradley University. During his career, Monroe compiled a 4–2 record with a 3.38 earned run average and 19 strikeouts in 24 appearances.
