Overview
Exploration of the Solar System
The European Space Agency (ESA) plans to launch the JUICE spacecraft, which will explore Jupiter and its large ice-covered moons, following a seven-year transit.[1] Meanwhile, NASA will continue the mission of the Juno spacecraft at Jupiter, with a fly-by of Europa planned for 29 September.[2][3]
In Mars exploration, the ESA has partnered with Roscosmos to launch the Rosalind Franklin rover using the Kazachok lander as part of ExoMars 2022.[4]
NASA plans to launch the Psyche spacecraft, an orbiter mission that will explore the origin of planetary cores by studying the metallic asteroid 16 Psyche. It will launch on a Falcon Heavy rocket along with Janus, a dual space probe that will visit two binary asteroids, (175706) 1996 FG3 and (35107) 1991 VH.
Lunar exploration
The United States will launch a number of commercial lunar landers and rovers. Japan plans to launch the SLIM lunar lander.
Human spaceflight
The first Indian crewed spaceflight, Gaganyaan, is planned for late 2022.
China will finish the construction of the Chinese Space Station (CSS), with the addition of the second lab module Mengtian.
Rocket innovation
Arianespace's Ariane 6 will make its long-delayed maiden flight,[5] targeting a per-satellite launch cost similar to a Falcon 9.[6]

Obviously, we're flying our third mission [NG-14] on CRS-2 already. So at this pace we'll be through our first six missions in the early part of '22. The final mission currently on Northrop Grumman's Cygnus schedule is NG-17.
