Acrocercops astericola
Acrocercops astericola is a moth of the family Gracillariidae, known from Canada (Québec and Nova Scotia) and the United States (Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Vermont, Massachusetts and New York).[1]

The hostplants for the species include Eurybia divaricata, Symphyotrichum cordifolium, Symphyotrichum lateriflorum, Symphyotrichum novi-belgii, and Inula germanica. The mine has the form of a flat upperside blotch mine.
