Agnibina Express
Agnibina Express (train no 735/736) is an intercity train of Bangladesh operated by Bangladesh Railway. It runs between Kamalapur railway station of Dhaka to Tarakandi railway station of Jamalpur.[1] It connects Mymensingh district on its way.

Agnibina Express is the first intercity train between Dhaka and Jamalpur. It was inaugurated in September 7, 1987. It was named after Agnibeena, a poetry book written by Kazi Nazrul Islam who is a famous Bengali poet. In Dhaka−Tarakandi route, Jamalpur Express (799/800) also runs alongside Agnibina Express, but their path is different.

Agnibina Express is generally hauled by class 2300 or class 2400 locomotives. But sometimes, class 2900 is also used. The train runs on intercity green-yellow vacuum brake coaches.
