Asperula aristata is endemic to Morocco, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, and Portugal.[1]
Its synonym is Asperula calabra.
