Asterivora nivescens
Asterivora nivescens is a species of moth in the family Choreutidae.[1] It is endemic to New Zealand.[2]

The wingspan is 16–17 mm. The head and palpi are brown densely sprinkled with white and the antennae are blackish annulated with white. The thorax is bronzy-brown, although the tegulae are spotted with white. The abdomen is bronzy-brown, but the segmental divisions are white. The legs are brown, densely sprinkled with white. The bronzy-brown forewings are moderate, the costa slightly arched, the apex rounded, the termen slightly rounded and a little oblique. The hindwings are fuscous.
