Calopteron reticulatum
Calopteron reticulatum, the banded net-wing, is a species of net-winged beetle in the family Lycidae. Another common name for this species is the reticulated netwinged beetle[1] It is found in North America.[2][3][4] Adults are active during the day, and lay their eggs on dead/decaying trees. The species also pupates in dead trees. Larva hunt in leaf litter, eating other small arthropods.[5]
