Central District (Kowsar County)
The Central District of Kowsar County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان کوثر) is a district (bakhsh) in Kowsar County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 20,674, in 4,619 families.[1] The District has one city: Kivi. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Sanjabad-e Gharbi Rural District and Sanjabad-e Shomali Rural District.
