Kowsar County
Kowsar County (Persian: شهرستان کوثر) is a county in Ardabil Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Givi. As of the 2016 census, the county's population was 22,127, in 6,586 households.[1] The county consists of two districts: the Central District and Firuz District. The county has one city: Givi.
