Condition Critical Tour
The Condition Critical Tour was a concert tour by American heavy metal band Quiet Riot in support of their latest release Condition Critical. The album was pale in comparison to their previous release Metal Health in terms of fan reaction, album sales and ticket sales. The tour was not as successful as was hoped by the band and management with low ticket sales in many markets and dates being moved to smaller venues or outright cancelled. This was the last tour with bassist Rudy Sarzo who left the band after the Japanese dates after increasing tensions with lead singer Kevin DuBrow. Rudy was replaced by Kjel Benner for the South American dates. Whitesnake, Helix, Kick Axe and Armored Saint opened throughout the tour.
