Dětřichov u Moravské Třebové (German: Dittersdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.92 square kilometres (2.29 sq mi), and has a population of 214 (as at 2 October 2006).
Dětřichov u Moravské Třebové lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) east of Svitavy, 74 km (46 mi) east of Pardubice, and 169 km (105 mi) east of Prague.
During the World War II, the village was annexed by Nazi Germany. A small concentration camp for pregnant forced laborers was established there.
