K. V. Vijayendra Prasad

Koduri Viswa Vijayendra Prasad is an Indian screenwriter and director known for his works in Telugu, and Hindi cinema. In 2011, he directed the Telugu Cinema Rajanna, which won the Nandi Award for Best Feature Film.[1]

Since 1988, he was the screenwriter for more than twenty five films, most of which turned out to be blockbusters.[2][3][4] His recent works include blockbuster films; Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Mersal, Baahubali: The Beginning, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.[5][6][7][8]

Personal life

K V Vijayendra Prasad is the father of filmmaker S. S. Rajamouli and uncle to music composers M. M. Keeravani, M. M. Srilekha, Kalyani Malik and writer Sivasri Kanchi.
