EF1	NW of Starkville	Oktibbeha	33.44°N 88.84°W	0715	1.29 miles (2.08 km)	Tornado touched down just south of Starkville causing damage to apartment buildings, a car wash, a church and other buildings. The tornado also pushed over a semi-trailer and downed several trees and powerlines.
EF2	SW of Gholson	Kemper, Noxubee	32.90°N 88.77°W	0800	6.07 miles (10 km)	Originally assessed as EF0, later surveys determined that the tornado was substantially stronger after connecting it with significant damage near Gholson.
EF3	E of Macon	Noxubee	33.06°N 88.46°W	0825	9.63 miles (15.50 km)	Large wedge tornado with severe damage to several buildings at a dairy farm including an on-site mobile home and barn, and a metal building which were all destroyed. A house and several other barns was also heavily damaged and tree damage along the path was extensive. One person was injured.

Alabama
EF1	NE of Hazel Green	Madison	35.01°N 86.36°W	1818	4.2 miles (6.8 km)	A mobile home, numerous sheds, barns and outbuildings were damaged and trees were knocked down along the state line. Tornado embedded in larger area of straight-line wind damage.
EF0	SE of Nottingham	Talladega		2153	0.4 miles (640 m)	Trees were snapped or uprooted. One home suffered porch damage and several outbuildings had roof damage.
EF0	NE of Prattville	Autauga, Elmore		2305	9 miles (14 km)	Numerous trees were downed. There was roof damage to several homes and a mobile home was overturned.
EF0	N of White Plains	Chambers		2328	1.9 miles (3.1 km)	Two homes sustained minor roof damage. A barn was destroyed and several trees were downed. Some trees landed on cars.
EF1	N of Tyson	Lowndes		2337	5 miles (8.0 km)	5 grain elevators and 3 chicken houses were destroyed. The roof was removed from a house and many trees were snapped or uprooted.
Tennessee
EF2	SE of Lynchburg	Moore, Franklin	35.26°N 86.13°W	1818	11 miles (18 km)	1 death - Many mobile homes were destroyed and houses were damaged along the track. The fatality occurred in a destroyed mobile home. Four other people were injured, two seriously. First killer US tornado in 2011.
EF0	W of South Pittsburg	Marion	35.07°N 85.63°W	1900	0.1 miles (160 m)	Very brief tornado with damage limited to trees.
EF1	Signal Mountain	Hamilton		1925	2.2 miles (3.5 km)	Several homes were damaged and numerous trees were downed.
EF1	N of Red Bank	Hamilton	35.07°N 85.26°W	1930	2.6 miles (4.2 km)	At least 10 houses were damaged and trees were knocked down.
South Carolina
EF0	N of Travelers Rest	Greenville	35.05°N 82.44°W	2202	1.3 miles (2.1 km)	Numerous trees were knocked down, some of which landed on houses or mobile homes with damage to them.
EF0	N of Greenville	Greenville	34.81°N 82.30°W	2245	50 yards (50 m)	Brief tornado embedded in larger wind damage field with a few trees tossed around.
EF1	NNE of Silverstreet	Newberry	34.24°N 81.71°W	0024	unknown	Extensive tree damage in the area, some landing on homes. A house had its roof torn off along with that of a storage shed. Fences were blown over and a light pole was snapped.
